When the bot doesn't have write permission to the logchannel, it cannot send notifications.
As an administrator, I want to see a warning when using /showsettings, if the logchannel is unavailable to the bot.

  • Show error when setting a channel as logchannel that is unavailable
  • Show warning when using /showsettings and the log channel is unavailable to the bot
